Refund Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2025
We create digital products that are instantly accessible upon purchase. As such, our refund policy follows EU consumer law and is designed to be fair and transparent.
Once the license is used, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable (standard for digital software).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.Refunds that we approve are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
When You Can Request a Refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not activated the product (i.e., used the license key)
- You contact us within the 14-day window
When Refunds Aren’t Possible
Refunds are not available if:
- The product has been activated
- The 14-day period has passed
This is in line with EU consumer law for digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
By activating the license within 14 days, you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
Technical Issues
Using an unsupported system or encountering general bugs does not qualify for a refund.
That said, we welcome bug reports and feature suggestions and continuously work to improve stability and compatibility.
