Thank you for considering a purchase from 10K Audio. Here’s what to expect when buying our plugins.

License

All purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the product on your compatible devices. You may install the software on two machines, provided you are the only user.

Your purchase grants you a single-user license as governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Digital Products

  • All our products are audio software plugins (VST / AUv2).
  • Installers are delivered digitally via download — no physical items are shipped.
  • Each purchase includes a digital license card containing your name and license key.
  • An active internet connection is required for download and activation.

Payment & Delivery

  • All prices are displayed inclusive of taxes (VAT/sales tax).
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax/VAT calculation and collection, invoicing/receipts, fraud checks, and certain order‑related inquiries and returns. 10K Audio GmbH supplies the software and provides product support
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Paddle. Where eligible, you can enter a VAT number for reverse charge.
  • Payment methods are offered by Paddle and may include cards and local wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability varies by region).
  • After successful payment, order confirmations and tax invoices/receipts are issued by Paddle and sent by email.
  • Your bank statement may show a Paddle descriptor (e.g., "PADDLE.NET*10K.AUDIO").
  • All prices are binding at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Updates

  • All minor updates (e.g. v1.1, v1.2) are free.
  • Major upgrades (e.g. v2.0) may require an upgrade fee.

Compatibility

  • Please review the compatibility section on each product page before purchasing.
  • We test our products on all supported operating systems and major DAWs.
  • However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your setup meets the technical requirements.

License Transfers

You may transfer your license to another person. To do so, the original license holder must email us at support@10k.audio. Once approved, we will issue a new license card and download link to the new user.

Support

If you experience any issues, we offer direct and personal support via email. You can reach us at support@10k.audio — we usually respond within two business days.
We do our best to keep everything stable and technically sound. However, please note that general bugs or using an unsupported system do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Refunds

In short: You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the product has not yet been activated (i.e., the license key hasn’t been used). Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method.

Warranty & Liability

We’ve built our software with care — and we do our best to keep it stable, compatible, and useful. That said, the software is provided “as-is,” without any guarantees.
We cannot promise that it will meet every specific requirement, work flawlessly on every system, or be entirely free of bugs. While we aim to improve and update our products regularly, we don’t guarantee that every issue will be fixed.
By installing and using our software, you agree to use it at your own risk. 10K Audio GmbH cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from its use — including, but not limited to, data loss, project file corruption, or compatibility issues.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the EULA, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary.
